(1) The alcohol production licensee shall disclose the amount of alcohol and its strength including the quantity of alcohol produced from the residence and the distribution of alcohol sales and excise duty received from it shall be prepared and kept in the format as per Schedule-11.
(2) The alcohol production licensee shall keep an account of the grains and fruits used to make alcohol and have it certified by the excise officer or the employee assigned by him.
